Meet Your Coach
I’ve been running for as long as I can remember. Over the years, it’s become far more than chasing PBs. It’s given me confidence, community, and a place to prove to myself that I can do hard things.
While studying Sport and Exercise Science at university, I signed up for my first half marathon. I loved the challenge, but my body felt heavy and niggles kept appearing. That experience pushed me to understand human movement more deeply.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively, completing the POSE Method Master of Running, Functional Range Conditioning and Assessment, Flow Motion Fitness Mobility Certification, and gaining qualifications with England Athletics and UESCA.
I’ve also challenged myself through longer distances. Four road marathons, a trail marathon, and the Jurassic Coast 54K ultra. These experiences shaped how I coach today: movement, mobility, and strength all matter if you want to run freely and confidently.
What I’ve learned is simple: when you move better, running becomes easier, more enjoyable, and far less injury-prone.
Now I help runners reconnect with their bodies and break out of the cycle of stiffness and frustration. My coaching blends mobility, strength, and technique so you can move well, feel good, and enjoy running consistently for years to come.
Why I Created Resilient Runners
I created Resilient Runners because so many runners show up, work hard, and put in the miles yet still feel like their bodies are holding them back. Tightness, niggles, heavy legs, and endless setbacks become their normal. Not because they lack discipline, but because no one ever taught them how to move well.
Most runners are told to just run more, stretch more, or push harder. But the real issue is deeper: modern life makes us sit more, move less, and lose the natural mechanics our bodies rely on. Resilient Runners exists to close that gap and give runners the foundations they should have had from the start.
The programme is built around three core pillars: Running, Mobility, and Strength.
Running
Running is your training plan, pacing strategy, and technique. Whether you’re preparing for a race or simply want to stay fit and enjoy your running, you get a personalised plan plus technique coaching and assessment.
Mobility
Mobility gives you control, range, and ease of movement. It helps you move without restriction, reduce stiffness, and restore the natural mechanics your body relies on. Your running will feel smoother, lighter, and more natural.
Strength
Strength builds durability, confidence, and resilience. It gives your body the capacity to handle consistent training, reduces injury risk, and supports stronger, more efficient running. When these three pillars work together, everything changes. Your body stops fighting you. Running feels lighter. You recover faster. You stop worrying about the next injury and start trusting what your body can do.
Resilient Runners isn’t about perfection, punishment, or chasing PBs at all costs. It’s about helping you feel good in your body, enjoy your training, and run with confidence. It’s for runners who want to move well, feel strong, and finally break out of the frustration loop.
If you want to run with freedom instead of fear and genuinely enjoy the process again, this is for you.
